Cage Cashier
While safeguarding casino assets at all times, perform transactions for patrons, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist guests in every way possible in order to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Soft Count Clerk
Prepare to count money: open drop boxes, empty money, clear and reset box.
Sort money by denomination.
Count and strap each denomination.
Records count on worksheet and verifies with second soft count cashier.
Third cashier counts money again and verifies with previous two cashiers.
Prepare a draft of the Master Gaming Report.
Comply with all State regulations as well as Internal Controls.
Comply with Company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Employee may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgement, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service.

Marine Operations - Chief Engineer
Responsible for engine room watch at sea or in port to fulfill ABS requirements. Maintain and repair the ship and landing facility as needed to ensure it's safety for passengers and crew. Assist when needed in any and all departments. Assist guests in every way possible in order to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Must have a minimum of a 1600 ton license
Must have a minimum of a 2000 HP license

Marine Operations - Oiler
Assist in the maintenance and safe operation of the vessel. Assist the engineer with mechanical maintenance of the vessel - including HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Assist with maintenance of generators and engines.
Applicant must work 12 hour shifts, day and night on a rotating basis.

Assists with all operation and maintenance of the vessel. Assist the master with the safe operation of the M/V Belle of Orleans in a fashion that exceeds the highest standards within the passenger vessel industry. Assist guests in every way possible in order to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Captain
Ultimately responsible for the safety and well-being of passengers and crew onboard the vessel during time of operation.
Responsible for interviewing, employing, scheduling, disciplining, promoting and terminating of Marine Department personnel.
Assists in ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations of all governing agencies.
Ensures Station Bill has adequate personnel to cover roster so vessel can open and remain open for operation.
Training of all Station Bill personnel.
Responsible for the inspection and upkeep of all safety equipment to meet Coast Guard requirements.
Fills out all required paperwork or log for daily operation of the vessel.
Directs the crew in their daily work assignments.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the boat, dock, ramp, painting and maintaining the exterior and interior of the boat and dock.
Maintains watch in the wheelhouse at all times when passengers are on board, whether at dock or underway.
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and/or assigned.

Ensures the highest standards of quality & prompt service. Resolves guest concerns or complaints in order to maintain positive customer relations. Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations service.

Beverage Manager
Under the directions of the Director of Food & Beverage, the Beverage Manager will be responsible for the successful operation of all beverage outlets. Accountable for directing the work of all Beverage staff; implementing, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the outlets and for the normal flow of operation on every shift and the ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
Minimum two (2) to three (3) years experience in restaurant, bar and/or casino operations.

Identifies and cultivates premium players with emphasis on developing relationships with VIP guests and/or player's.
Sigh up new members and convert them to mailable patrons.

Brief Description:
Perform clerical duties on the casino floor for assigned area.
Duties will include data entry, filing and completing forms.

Qualifications:
Computer experience, basic math skills and good attention to detail required.
Excellent customer service and math skills required.
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a Louisiana Gaming permit.

Shift Manager
